Part 1 Summary:
Ten million years ago the Pinnipedia or seals are living in the Daidelos Ice Cap, enjoying the icy weather and water. They enjoyed this lifestyle for a long period of time then five million years later the bottle neck event occurred. Volcanic activity began to occur more causing global warming resulting to the the ice cap melting. The seals parted their ways, some started to stay in the water for a long period of time, some stayed on the remaining glaciers and snow and spend less time in the warmer water. The ones that remained on the glaciers or on land are called Pinnipedia Tundra. The ones that are slowly adapting to the water are called Pinnnipedia Oceania. Five million more years have passed and it is now present day. The Pinnipedia Tundra has developed feet and lungs since they have been spending more time on land, they are now called Pinnipedia Terrestrial. They became extinct because ever since they adapted to land all they've been eating is berries and other small animals, the berries are eaten by other animals also so that decreases the supply of berries in the tundra. The small animals are eaten by other larger animals so it turns into a competition for food. As food sources start to decline, the larger animals began to eat the Pinnipedia Terrestrial which led to their extinction. On the other hand, the Pinnipedia Oasis have not become extinct because they adapted to the ocean and gained skills such as swimming at a quicker pace than usual. Swimming faster means they can catch prey easier and swim away from predators easier. Thus, increasing their chance of survival.
Part 2 Speciation Event:
The speciation event occurred due to increase in volcanic activity causing Global Warming resulting into the ice caps melting. Since the ice cap is melting and the Pinnipedia's habitat is getting destroyed and vanishing, some seals moved into the waters while others remained on land. That's what caused the separation in the seals. Pinnipedia Oasis have now developed gills due to the time spent underwater, they are quick swimmers so they are able to catch prey and get away from predators. Their survival skills has improved. The Pinnipedia Terrestrial have adapted to land. Their food sources are running low causing their population to decrease which is why they are extinct.
Part 3 New Subspecies A:
Natural selection favored the Pinnipedia Terrestrial because that subspecies wanted to stay on land and they didn't want to be underwater due to fear of sharks and whales. Being on land was beneficial at first because there wasn't as much predators also they could eat the ducks swimming by or the berries. Their legs are slowly adapting because they had flippers before so they are somewhat faster on land than before. As time past more animals came and steal the seal's food sources. Larger animals started to come to their habitat and saw the Pinnipedia Terrestrial as prey. So they get eaten or killed or die off from starvation which is the reason why for their extinction.
Part 4 New Subspecies B:
Natural Selection favored the Pinnipedia Oasis because they moved into the ocean because the ice caps were melting. They slowly adapted to the waters, they got stronger flippers to swim and gills to be able to breathe underwater. Their skills benefited them because they can swim fast and catch food and swim away from predators increasing their chance of survival. With newly developed adaptations and skills their population began to grow. With plenty of food and more chance of survival the Pinnnipedia Oasis will most likely not be extinct for a while.

Pinnipedia:
These seals are adapted to both land and water. They have rigid stomachs along with stomach muscle to make it easier for movement on lang and flippers for rapid movement in water.

Pinnipedia Oasis:
This is one of the evolution from the original Pinnipedia. This is the seal that adapted to the waters due to global warming, they have developed gills which helped them stay in the water longer. The Pinnipedia Oasis population has increase due to increase survival skills. There are less predators, especially because their fins help them escape quicker increasing their chance of survival. Also in the water there are more prey such as fish and shrimp. Being in the ocean has increase the variety of food sources.

Pinnipedia Terrestrial:
This is the other evolution from the original Pinnipedia. This seal has adapted to land because of global warming, with no glaciers they tried to travel where there was ice. Soon, the majority of the ice and snow has melted, but the Pinnipedia Terrestrial remained on land, there were so many predators such as polar bears, foxes, and wolves. There were little food sources due to other organisms eating it. This organism soon adapted feet for movement from predators and to get food sources but it was too late. They were not used to movement using feet.
